He is an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in project management, team building, project planning, and program launches.
Afam Elue currently works as the IT Business Partner for the Fugleman Group. The Fugleman Group is a boutique IT consulting firm. The company specializes in assisting businesses with digital transformation, as well as solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Their services often include analysis, design, implementation, as well as training and support while using an iterative approach. Rather than focusing on providing tasks and deliverables, the Fugelman Group strives to provide a personalized experience to its clients that effectively improves their situation. Among his many accomplishments in this role, Afam managed a project that was responsible for integrating the Avaya phone system with Salesforce CRM. As a result of his efforts, call duration at Purolator was significantly reduced for 400 call center agents during the company’s peak season.

Before joining the Fugleman Group, Afam Elue worked for Lyoness Canada Inc. as a Project Manager. He also worked for Edward Jones Investments and Citi Financial as a Project Lead.
Afam Elue originally attended college in Nigeria and graduated from the University of Benin with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and statistics. He then relocated and attended graduate school at the University of Dallas, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in corporate finance and information assurance. In 2014, Afam completed the Professional Development Program at Harvard University. Afam also has a Canadian Securities certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Afam Elue is proficient in numerous technologies, including Salesforce, Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP fico, Infohub, Microsoft Dynamics365/AX/CRM, Peoplesoft, ServiceNow, and PULSE. He is also skilled with Jira and Confluence, Bitbucket, SharePoint, Spend MAP, Changepoint, Fieldglass, WebEx, and Microsoft Office Suite. Apart from his technical proficiencies, Afam is also an expert in business development, project management, and process improvement.
In his personal time, Afam Elue is a keen fan of martial arts and especially enjoys watching the UFC. He has also volunteered as a prison ministry leader, coordinating a group of 16 volunteers to facilitate worship services at correctional facilities.
